MEALS 

Media Lunch
Consistently voted one of the best, if not the best host city media room every year of the Tour, Santa Rosa pledges to deliver again.  Happy media equals happy news consumers.  We aim to please.  Lunch will be provided at the designated media office of your choice (most likely the Hyatt Vineyard Creek).

Team Dinner
The LOC will work with Tour organizers and the team hotel to provide dinner for the athletes and team support personnel per the menu specifications provided by the Tour’s Operations Director.  Accommodations for this requirement are noted in the hotel bids on preceding pages.

Team Breakfast
As with the team dinner, the LOC will work with the appropriate parties to provide breakfast the morning after the Stage Finish for athletes and team support personnel.

Staff Per Diem
Sonoma County and good food go together like bikes and Levi Leipheimer.  Once again, the $15 per diem vouchers will feature a wide variety of food choices to satisfy the appetites of the  hard working Tour staff.

PARKING & AUXILIARY SPACES

Parking Requirements
Santa Rosa and its private sector partners will meet the Tour’s parking requirement obligations no matter the location of the start/finish and festival area.  If Downtown, the LOC will secure conveniently located City owned parking lots and structures to meet Tour needs.

Media Office & Work Room
It is anticipated that this will again be located in the Hyatt Vineyard Creek in Historic Railroad Square.

Press Conference Room
This has successfully been placed in the Roxy on the Square movie theater just steps away from the finish line and awards stage.

Medical Office
Will be placed at the location of the Tour organizers’ liking.

Commissaries Meeting Room
Hosted in the Chamber of Commerce conference room for the past two years, the LOC will again secure that or a similar, and similarly convenient location for the commissaries in 2011.  Needless to say, food and drink will be provided.  A small show of thanks for the good work they do!

Technical Requirements
Copiers will be provided for the media office. Two T1 lines will be provided near the TV compound.

 
 
NEEDLESS TO SAY...
If a stage finish or start location other than the traditional downtown area is selected, we will arrange for auxiliary space/room needs near to that new location
