Captain Gary Negri and Captain Hank Schreeder

On September 4th, 2009, Santa Rosa Police Department welcomed two new employees and held a promotional ceremony for two captains.  Gary Negri and Robert "Hank" Schreeder were promoted to Captain.  A swearing in ceremony was held for a new officer Richard Boehm.  New Communications Dispatcher Desiree Mobley was also welcomed to the Police family.
