All water is recycled water.  Water today is the same water that was here a million years ago and the only water that will ever be here. Water is continuously cycled through the air, ground and living organisms, so there is really no such thing as waste water.

Sewage is water from indoor drains (showers, toilets, sinks, washing machines, tubs and businesses and industry).  We use a lot of water for households and manufacturing and it gets dirty in the process.  So how do we clean it?  Listen to this short interview with Natural Resource Specialist, Denise Cadman to learn how the Laguna Treatment Plant cleans sewage using virtually no chemicals and relying primarily on physical and natural biological processes.  This interview aired live on the KRUSH Radios’ Community Minute Show.

We invite you to learn more about the Laguna Treatment Plant and to schedule a tour.
