Downtown Underground  - On September 17, join City staff for a tour of the huge underground culverts and fish ladders under the Downtown area.  The tour will require participants to walk in rough, wet terrain.  Wear sturdy shoes that can get wet and bring a flashlight.  Not suitable for children under 8.
