The North Bay Growth & Innovation Forum seeks North Bay and Greater San Francisco Bay Area companies that emphasize qualities of uniqueness, innovation and growth potential to apply to present at the Forum. The Forum targets start-up and/or second-stage companies working in one of five core clusters: clean technology, biomedical/biotechnology, advanced technology, health/wellness, or food/wine product development.
The Forum will feature at least five high-quality investor presentations from start-up and/or second-stage companies from the North Bay and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, along with poster presentations from at least 10 companies looking for advice, strategic partners or other resources.

Applications are due on March 12, 2010. Companies chosen to present will be notified on March 17. Participating companies will be required to participate in a full slate of free coaching from business experts prior to the event. Participating companies pay only the attendance fee for each company representative attending the April 28 event.
The April 2010 North Bay Growth & Innovation Forum is the eighth in a series that showcases CEOs, world-class business executives, angel and venture capital investors and founders of standout emerging and second-stage companies. Over 70 companies have participated in the program and received more than $25 million in funding as a result. This program has won regional, state and national awards for innovative entrepreneurial spirit. The event is a collaborative production of the City of Santa Rosa, the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and the North Bay Angels.
Attendees will include about 150 entrepreneurs, service providers, angel investors and venture capitalists.
The day features a keynote address by Michael Chobotov, Ph.D., founder of Trivascular, along with Rapid Roundtables featuring timely advice for today’s business. Topics will be announced as they are confirmed.
