"Green Exchange" rebate program: allows customers to receive rebates for the removal of turf and/or the installation of water conserving irrigation hardware. For eligibility and program details please call the Water Conservation Hotline (707) 543-3985.
High-Efficiency Toilet (HET) rebate: customers that replace high-flow toilets (flush volume of 3.5 gallons or greater) with high-efficiency toilets (flush volume of 1.28 gallons or less) may receive a rebate of $150.
