Audio Recording Archive of Public Meetings
The City of Santa Rosa has maintained in the past, and continues to maintain audio recordings of several governing bodies.
To listen to the audio recordings of these meetings, customers must download and install a free application called "For The Record". This software application (currently compatible with most Microsoft operating systems) can play the audio archive recordings that the City maintains.
In general, if the minutes of a governing body utilize hyperlink timestamps, those meetings have been recorded, and once FTR is installed on your PC, you can listen to those specific recordings simply by clicking the timestamp links.
To download the FTR player, please right-click and select "save-target as" the following link:
ftp://anon.ci.santa-rosa.ca.us/ftr/ftrplayer.exe
Once downloaded, follow instructions to install the application by selecting "open".
Almost done!:
FTR also will need to know where to find our City audio files - and the path that'll need to be configured in FTR is this:
ftp://anon.ci.santa-rosa.ca.us/ftr
Any questions, please call our Santa Rosa IT helpdesk between 8am-5pm weekdays at 543-3100.
