The Environmental Committee made up of representatives from all City Departments and other local Cities, as well as, various businesses and organizations. The Committee is responsible for developing programs and policies that integrate environmental sustainability, with the intention of transforming the City of Santa Rosa into a successful environmental model. They provide advice and recommendations on Environmental issues and works to identify community environmental needs, assists in the development of goals and policies, and acts as a resource for the public.
