Renovations to existing 43-unit townhome development including window replacement, reroofing, improvements to unit entries, and other site improvements. The development encompasses two sites, one at the northeast corner of Sonoma Highway and Boas Drive and the other south of Sonoma Highway north of the easterly terminus of Santa Rosa Creek Drive. The proposed changes at the northern site include construction of a 1,102 sq ft community room in the vicinity of the existing playground; new playground equipment geared toward younger children would be placed near the new community room. One Oak tree and two ornamental fruit trees would be removed to accommodate the community room.
