PUBLIC HEARING – NORTH SANTA ROSA STATION AREA SPECIFIC PLAN – DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, DRAFT SPECIFIC PLAN, AND GENERAL PLAN, ZONING CODE, CITYWIDE CREEK MASTER PLAN AND BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN MASTER PLAN AMENDMENTS – The North Santa Rosa Station Area Specific Plan is a planning level document that was prepared for the area located approximately one-half mile surrounding the proposed Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) station on Guerneville Road. The Specific Plan is being developed to help support future rail transit by improving pedestrian, bicycle, auto and transit connections, increasing residential density, promoting economic development and enhancing aesthetics and quality of life – File Number ST10-009
