1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2. PUBLIC APPEARANCES – Except for public hearing agenda items, the public may comment on all other agenda items and on items not on the agenda within the jurisdiction of the Cultural Heritage Board during this period. The public may comment on public hearing agenda items when the hearing is opened. Each speaker is allowed three minutes.

3. STATEMENT OF ABSTENTIONS BY BOARDMEMBERS

4. Noah Housh PUBLIC HEARING – FOSTIMIER RENOVATION – Continued Landmark Alteration Permit to legalize unpermitted additions and modifications by demolition or obtaining permits for these changes. The project also proposes to construct a new detached two car garage at the rear of the site, reconstruct a side entry porch, replace several windows, and construct a new deck in the rear yard, located at 721 McDonald Avenue in the McDonald Preservation District – LMA 11-036

5. Noah Housh CONCEPT REVIEW – RIPLEY STREET EXTERIOR RENOVATIONConcept Landmark Alteration Review for a proposal to reside the entire house with horizontal wood T&G siding, install fascia and gutters on the north and south sides of the home and the south side of the garage, construct a new fence and gate, and legalize the demolition of a structurally failing chimney, and the construction of a small addition in its place which was originally done without the benefit of a permit, located at 1265 Ripley Street in the Ridgway Historic District – LMA12-002
