1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Vice Chair Flock called the regular meeting of the Cultural Heritage Board to order at 2:30 p.m. on this day of Wednesday, November 3, 2010.

3. STATEMENT OF ABSTENTIONS BY BOARDMEMBERS - None
4. PUBLIC HEARING – LAGUNA LEARNING CENTER – Landmark Alteration Permit for modifications to the Laguna Learning Center and Landscaping Project, previously approved in 2005, and located at 900 Sanford Road – LMA 10-022
Senior Planner Erin Morris, applicant David Bannister and Architect Claudia Cleaver gave presentations.

MOVED by Boardmember Garrett, seconded by Boardmember Stoural, and carried with the following vote:

to adopt and waive the reading of the text of the resolution in item 4, as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 273 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE CULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A LANDMARK ALTERATION PERMIT FOR PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE LAGUNA LEARNING CENTER AND LANDSCAPING PROJECT, PREVIOUSLY APPROVED IN 2005, AND LOCATED AT 900 SANFORD ROAD, ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 130-250-049, FILE NUMBER LMA 10-022

The Cultural Heritage Board minutes of October 6, 2010 could not be approved due to the lack of a quorum of members present on October 6.
8. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 21, 2010
The joint Design Review Board / Cultural Heritage Board minutes of October 21, 2010 could not be approved due to the lack of a quorum of members present on November 3.
9. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Cultural Heritage Board, Vice Chair Flock adjourned the regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. to the regular meeting of Wednesday, December 1, 2010.
