1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
2. PUBLIC APPEARANCES – Except for public hearing agenda items, the public may comment on all other agenda items and on items not on the agenda within the jurisdiction of the Cultural Heritage Board during this period. The public may comment on public hearing agenda items when the hearing is opened. Each speaker is allowed three minutes.

4. Noah Housh CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING – CHIODA HOUSE – Landmark Alteration Permit for renovation and additions to the existing house located at 1029 Saint Helena Avenue in the McDonald Preservation District – LMA 10-010
5. Jessica Jones PUBLIC HEARING – CARRIERI REMODEL – Landmark Alteration Permit for new door, new bay window and new siding on the existing single-family home located at 758 Pine Street in the Burbank Gardens Preservation District – LMA 10-017
6. Bill Rose PUBLIC HEARING – 729 CHARLES STREET WINDOW REPLACEMENTS – Landmark Alteration Permit to allow window replacements on all four elevations of the existing single-family home located at 729 Charles Street in the Burbank Gardens Preservation District – LMA 10-013
7. Clare Hartman STUDY SESSION – LANDMARK ALTERATION PERMITS – Staff will present the City’s permit review process for Landmark Alteration Permits. Discussion will focus on the implementation of Zoning Code Section 20-58.060, which dictates which projects require a Minor or Major Landmark Alteration Permit, and which are exempt. Specific attention will be paid to common homeowner projects like window and door replacements, siding replacement and re-roofing.
8. Bryan Much DISCUSSION ITEM – CULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD REPRESENTATION ON ART IN PUBLIC PLACES BOARD – Boardmember Flock has resigned from the Art in Public Places Board. The CHB will choose a replacement.
