The public may comment on public hearing agenda items when the hearing is opened. Each speaker is allowed three minutes.

Clare Hartman PUBLIC HEARING – CITY CODE TEXT AMENDMENTS REGARDING LUTHER BURBANK HOME AND GARDENS – As initiated by the Santa Rosa Cultural Heritage Board on July 7, 2010, to be considered are text amendments to the City Code that address the processing procedures for development projects proposed on the Luther Burbank Home and Gardens site
