The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Rosa met in regular session at 1:03 p.m. on the 1st  day of June, 2010, in Conference Room 1, City Hall Annex, 90 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa, California

Present:  Chairman Ours, Agency Members Arnone, and Olsen.  Absent:  Evans and Lemke.  Also in attendance Economic Development and Housing Director David Gouin, Program Specialist Frank Kasimov, Special Legal Counsel Ethan Walsh (by phone), Consultant Tim Kelly (by phone), Legal Counsel Michael Casey, and Recording Secretary Shirley Stevens.
