NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Rosa will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, May 17, at 12:30 p.m. at 90 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa, California. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss closed session item regarding 520 Third Street, Santa Rosa, California. The Agenda for the meeting is:

Under Negotiation: Price, conditions and terms of payment for the potential sale, exchange or lease of the property, and potential disposition and development agreement
