The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Rosa met in regular session at 1:30 p.m. on the 1^ST  day of February, 2010, in the Conference Room 1, City Hall Annex, 90 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa, California

Present:  Chairman Ours, Agency Members Olsen and Nobel.  Absent:  Arnone and Evans.  Also in attendance, Economic Development and Housing Manager Jocelyn Lundgren, Program Specialist Frank Kasimov, Legal Counsel Mike Casey, and Recording Secretary Susan Trinkler.

STREET

Frank Kasimov made the staff presentation.  On January 8, 2010, following issuance of a Request for Qualifications and consideration of a recommendation by a selection committee comprised of Council members and Agency members, the Agency selected Museum on the Square, LLC, as the most qualified development team to proceed with the Agency to redevelop the property.  The next step in the process is execution of an Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement. 

Moved by Mr. Olsen, seconded by Ms. Nobel, carried 3-0-1-1 (Mr. Arnone absent and Mr. Evans abstained by his absence), to adopt and waive the reading of the text as follows: 

RESOLUTION NO.  1614   ENTITLED:  RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEOGTIATE AGREEMENT WITH MUSEUM ON THE SQUARE, LLC, FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER AT&T SITE, 520 THIRD STREET
