PUBLIC HEARING (PRELIMINARY) WEST END VILLAGE – 701 WILSON STREET - Preliminary Design Review for demolition of existing buildings on-site and construction of 42 attached single-family (“Row Home”) units, and the rehabilitation of an historic building. The proposal includes the construction of four new buildings, 69 total parking spaces, and 9 optional live/work spaces. The historic building will maintain approximately 4,738 square feet of commercial use space.
