REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

Chair Much called the regular meeting of the Cultural Heritage Board to order at 4:03 p.m. on this day of Wednesday, March 4, 2009.

Present:          DeBacker, Flock, Garrett, Much, Stoural

Absent:            Jessen, Nieto

2. PUBLIC APPEARANCES – None

3. STATEMENT OF ABSTENTIONS BY BOARD MEMBERS – None

4. CONTINUED DISCUSSION ITEM – DRAFT GENERAL PLAN 2035

City Planner Heather Hines and the Members of the Board finalized the Board’s comments to be submitted to the Planning Commission.

5. CONTINUED DISCUSSION ITEM – 2009 WORK PLAN

Ms. Hines and the Members of the Board continued their discussion of the Board’s 2009 Work Plan.

6. BOARD MEMBERS’ REPORTS

The Members of the Board made announcements and reported on items of interest to the Board.

7. DEPARTMENT REPORT

Ms. Hines reported on items of interest to the Board.

8. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Cultural Heritage Board minutes of March 4, 2009 were approved as submitted.

9. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business before the Cultural Heritage Board, Chair Much adjourned the regular meeting at 5:12 p.m. to the next regular meeting of Wednesday, April 1, 2009.
