COPE
Paul Hess discussed the work plan for CAB put together by Pat Fruiht that would have CAB members become the District Coordinators and Co-coordinators for the COPE Program. Hess explained that the COPE Program is using Fire Districts and is looking at dividing the districts into Zones. The District COPE Coordinator would help to recruit good people in each COPE District who would serve as COPE Zone Leaders. They would help recruit and train COPE Neighborhood Leaders. (See Attachments)
Hess went over the work plan and said that CAB members should work with him to decide which COPE Fire District they would represent, and on helping to develop the Zones within each COPE Fire District. Please contact Paul at 543-3711 to discuss or meet.
