Mayor Condron announced that the City Council has proclaimed Wednesday, November 8, 2000 World Town Planning Day and presented the proclamation jointly to Lois Fisher of Hall & Fisher, Pat Collins of Parsons, Harland, Bartholomew & Associates, Wayne Goldberg, Director, Department of Community Development, and Lisa Kranz, City Planner

8. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular City Council meeting of October 31, 2000.
Moved by Councilmember Wright, seconded by Councilmember Vas Dupre, carried unanimously to approve the Regular City Council meeting of October 31, 2000 as presented.

Resolution number 24608, entitled: RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA MAKING ANAPPOINTMENT TO THE MOBILE HOME PARK POLICY BOARD
This resolution confirms the appointment of Sally Crain to the Mobile Home Park Policy Board for a term to expire on November 7,2001.
