| The CIP Management Section coordinates staff and consultant resources needed to implement the overall Capital Improvement Program. This includes coordination of staff for project management and in-house project design; continuing consultant solicitation and contract management; management of rehabilitation and replacement projects for conveyance of water and wastewater. |
