The IRWP Master Plan EIR evolved through a series of studies and public meetings held in late 2003 through early 2004. The plan, as adopted by the City Council, consists of the following components or programs. These components are being considered for implementation to meet future Subregional System disposal needs and to do so in a manner that maximizes reuse opportunities particularly where recycled water will increase the availability of potable water supplies. Each component is in various stages of development. Some have active studies currently underway. The links below provide and overview of each component.
