Santa Rosa Subregional Wastewater
Technical Advisory Committee

The Santa Rosa Subregional Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was formed to present, review, and resolve mutual problems related to the Subregional System and to advise the Santa Rosa Board of Public Utilities and the governing bodies of the user agencies. The Subregional Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is comprised of one staff member from the City of Santa Rosa, the City of Rohnert Park, the City of Cotati, the City of Sebastopol and the South Park County Sanitation District. 

On April 3, 1975 a Master Agreement between the Cities of Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol and the South Park Sanitation District for construction, operation and maintenance, financing and use of the Santa Rosa Subregional Sewerage System was signed.  On December 1, 1994 the City of Cotati was added as a subregional partner. 

The TAC meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. * at the Laguna Treatment Plant, 4300 Llano Road, Santa Rosa, California.  *Exception: April meeting will be held Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.
