Sustained Reduction Rebate

In April, 1996, the City of Santa Rosa passed a resolution which authorizes rebates for commercial/industrial/institutional efficiency upgrades. The City offers rebates of $200 for every 1,000 gallons of sustainable reduction in water use and wastewater flow that is achieved through measures that are not covered through other existing rebate programs.
