MILES FERRIS, P.E.

          Miles Ferris is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and is currently Director of Utilities/City Engineer for the City of Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa, California.  He has been employed in both the private and public sector of the Engineering profession.  Mr. Ferris has extensive experience in both large and small systems

          Mr. Ferris was a Design Engineer at East Bay Water for 10 years, which served approximately 1 million people. Mr. Ferris was a Project Manager at CH2MHill and a Director of Public Works at Dublin-San Ramon Services District, a system which served 115 thousand people.  He has practiced as a consulting engineer on large and small water systems.

          Mr. Ferris has been employed by the City of Walnut Creek as a Civil Engineer and by the State of California (Division of Highways) now CALTRANS as surveyor, inspector and designer.
