Miles Ferris is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and is currently Director of Utilities/City Engineer for the City of Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa, California. Mr. Ferris was a Project Manager at CH2MHill and a Director of Public Works at Dublin-San Ramon Services District, a system which served 115 thousand people. He has practiced as a consulting engineer on large and small water systems.
Mr. Ferris has been employed by the City of Walnut Creek as a Civil Engineer and by the State of California (Division of Highways) now CALTRANS as surveyor, inspector and designer.
