Utilities Connections is a quarterly newsletter, distributed through the Utility Bills, which provides current information on the Utilities Department.  Every issue of Connections contains timely information on programs, projects and services of the Utilities Department, including updates on the Incremental Recycled Water Program (IRWP) and Water Conservation program.
