Natalie Flint, a former intern for the City of Santa Rosa, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo helped develop and design a demonstration solar vehicle in the summer of 2005.  Solar Panels were connected to a Lube cart by the maintenance staff at the Laguna Treatment Plant in efforts to promote the usage of solar panels on golf carts.
