The City is in the planning stages of installing a cogeneration system(s) at the Finley Community and Swim Center (Finley Center). A cogeneration system for the Finley Center should significantly reduce on-site energy costs as well as provide additional power quality improvements. This new cogeneration system appears to be both technically feasible and economically beneficial.
