The Technology Programs Section provides the strategy and leadership for the large City-wide enterprise software migrations programs. Current programs include:

• Utility Billing / Customer Information Systems (CIS) replacement
• Payroll/Finance system replacement
• Parking Management system replacement
• Asset Management and Workorder system improvement
• Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) system investigation
