Parking Lot Attendants This is a great shift for Boy Scouts or other people who can demonstrate leadership in directing people where to park!
7:15 AM - 1 PM: 4 Volunteers direct cars and help briefly in the morning in the building
12:30 - 6 PM: 4 Volunteers direct people.cars
Entrance Ticket Sales This is a great shift for someone who loves to interact with people. It is working with a staff member and sitting and collecting money from people to enter the fair.
8:45 AM - 1 PM: 2 Volunteers needed
12:45 - 5 PM: 2 Volunteers needed
Prize Table This is a great shift for someone who loves to interact with people. It is working with a staff member and sitting or standing and collecting donations for tickets at the prize giveaway table.

Vendor Booth Sitting/Rover This is a great shift for someone who loves to interact with people. It is checking on the vendors to see if they need a bathroom break, lunch break and watching their table for them for a short period of time, or getting a staff member to help, as needed. It is also walking through the fair and making reporting any problems to staff, letting people know where restrooms are and answering basic questions of the public. Help 'Santa' hand out candy canes.

Break Down This is a great shift for Boy Scouts or other people who can help rearrange furniture and break down tables. General clean up and restoring the building to being ready for Monday morning meetings and classes.

Decorate for the Holidays
Last weekend in November
Help staff decorate the Finley Community Center for the Holidays! We have all the decorations, we just need help getting them up!

Mark out the spacing for the vendor booths, assist with vendor parking and vendor check-in, help with setting up the prize donation area, assist in decorating auditorium stage and craft fair rooms.

Two shifts: 2:30-6 PM OR 5:30-9 PM (Or you can help the whole time 2:30-9!)
Vendor Parking (2 Volunteers per shift to Direct People)
Vendor Check-in (1 Volunteer per shift helping staff)
Prize Table (1 Volunteer per shift to collect prizes from volunteers)
Stage Decorations (1 Volunteer per shift helping staff)
Rovers (2 Volunteers per shift roving and putting up signs)
