Party Hours and Dates 2010
SPRING: April 3 - May 31

Saturday/Sunday, 11 AM—5 PM
Monday-Thursday, 11 AM—5 PM

These are also our FREE movie in the park dates!)
Please Note: You are welcome to come early or stay later, but the park rides are only in operation from 11 AM—5 PM. Your party package will be available for pickup by 11 AM at the Train Station. Please bring your party contract to the train station to pickup your party package.
Party Reservations and Prices
Cost is $120 (for 10 children). Each additional child is $12.
Reservations may be made (at least 10 days prior to the party date) at either the:
Steele Lane Community Center, 415 Steele Lane, (707-543-3282) or
Finley Community Center, 2060 W. College Ave (707-543-3737).
There is a minimum of 10 children required to reserve the area. Additional children can be added at a cost of $12 per child. If you are making these additions at least 7 days prior to the party date, please call or visit the Community Center to do so. Extra party packages can also be added on the day of the party by visiting the K-Land Train Station.
Add a Meal Deal for $3 per child. Meal Deal includes a hotdog, chips, and a small drink (delivered to your party area).
Party Picnic Areas
Party Place "A": Listen to the festive carousel music during your party! This spot has 5 picnic tables, a barbecue, limited shade and is located behind the carousel!
Party Place "B": Wave to the train engineer during your party! This spot is closest to the railroad tracks, behind the carousel. It has 4 picnic tables, a barbecue, and a bit more shade.
Party Place "C": Kids can run between K-Land and the playground! This spot is located ont he lower section of the lawn, behind the carousel. It has 3 picnic tables, a barbecuse, a grassy slope, and limited shade.
Party Place"D": Our NEWEST party area closest to the Land of Imagination playground! It is conveniently located down the steps form the carousel, next to the playground. This is a sunny area with 4 wheelchair accessible picnic tables. Sorry, barbecues are not available or permitted in this area, as it is located too close to the playground.
Wet Weather
In the event of wet weather, Howarth Park rides are closed to the public and you will have the choice of rescheduling your party or receiving a full refund. You will be contacted by 9 AM the morning of your party should the rides be closed. You may also call 707-543-3425 to reach the train station and determine if the park is closed due to rain.
Cancellation Policy
The Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks Department must receive notice of cancellations ten days prior to you party date. If this procedure is NOT followed, money will NOT be refunded unless another party can be booked.
