Complete the top portion of the Project Proposal Form and return to Amy.

Prior to starting the project, liability release forms MAY be required for all volunteers. If so, Amy will coordinate that with you, and the release forms will need to be submitted prior to starting the project.

A few days prior to the project, confirm details with Amy (or other department contact).

At the conclusion of your project, please provide a short paragraph write up about the work you did, as well as several pictures from your Eagle Scout Project, so that we can recognize you for the hard work and dedication you put forth
