The game room and equipment used for parties are specifically designed for children. Adults/parents will not be allowed in the game room while children are playing, but are welcome to watch the game through the viewing windows. Food and drinks are not allowed in the game room. A separate party room will be provided for a maximum of 30 minutes for party refreshments/gifts following game room activities. Party host will be given early access to party room (30 minutes) for set up and additional 15 minutes for clean-up. No glass or alcohol is permitted at youth parties. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your party start time.
The Party includes:
Short creative Dodgeball lesson featuring exciting drills and activities to enhance eye-hand coordination, dodging, throwing, teamwork and other athletic and interpersonal skills.
Entertaining games including “Medic” “Target” “Sitting Ducks" and "Fireball".
Team competitions with sports music and a referee.
Open refreshment room for presents, cake, ice cream, and/or other snacks that you bring.
An enthusiastic and motivating instructor/referee who encourages teamwork, fair play, sportsmanship and fun.
Party room, air-conditioned game room and all gaming equipment for a 2-hour party.
$175 plus a $50 refundable damage deposit.

What is the schedule of a typical party?
The first hour is spent with the instructor in the game room practicing the sport with some drills, activities and games. Children then head to the party room for 30 minutes to open gifts and eat cake. The last 30 minutes is spent in the game room for team competitions including a parents vs. kids game upon request!
How do I get my deposit back?
Leave both rooms the way you found them, throwing away and disposing of all trash, decorations, and party remnants. Food and drinks are NOT allowed in game room. Facility is left as found, no damage to equipment (i.e. children should not hang from rims of basketball hoops) and the party ends on time. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of party date.
Who are the instructors?
All instructors are trained staff that have experience with children. Some instructors are from our summer day camp or neighborhood services programs.
Are the parties safe?
All of our parties are sport related and have some inherent risk. However, we strive to make our facility and activities as safe as possible. Dodgeball parties use safe, low density foam balls. Our instructors assist in supervising all games and activities. First aid kits are on site.
What should participants wear?
Loose-fitting and comfortable sports attire (i.e. t-shirts, basketball shorts, tennis shoes).
Can we bring ice cream or ice cream cakes?
Yes. We have a small freezer on site. When you arrive, let the instructor know you need to use it. Remember to bring all your own serving utensils and paper products.
Can we bring hot food?
Yes, as long as it’s ready to go and you do not need to use ovens, microwaves or stoves. These are not available for your use.
What should we tell guests?
Encourage them to arrive on time so you don’t lose any of your game time. Let them know to park in the back parking lot and enter through the back door. Make sure they abide by facility rules (no food/drink in game room, no alcohol or glass in building) so you get your deposit back.
Do parents stay or go?
That’s completely up to you! However, adults/parents will not be allowed in game room while children are playing, but they’re welcome to watch the game through the viewing windows.
