 The National Arts Program THE NATIONAL ARTS PROGRAM

Santa Rosa, show your creativity! Santa Rosa residents of all ages are invited to enter a piece of art in the 14th annual National Arts Program® exhibition and competition. Up to 200 entries will be exhibited at Finley Community Center in early 2017. Participants will be eligible for cash prizes, and art supply gift certificates.

After nearly 3 years of development including securing an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Santa Rosa City Council unanimously adopted The Santa Rosa Public Art Master Plan on February 24, 2015. STREET PERFORMER PERMIT

In 2010, the Santa Rosa City Council approved a new ordinance permitting Street Performers in Santa Rosa!

The ordinance is now in effect. Permit applications are available online and at the Finley Community Center. Permits are free, and you must apply in person at the Finley Community Center with a photo ID.
