Welcome to the City of Santa Rosa's

Arts and Culture programming for the City of Santa Rosa includes many exciting possibilities for artists and community members alike. Artists are encouraged to take advantage of numerous exhibition opportunities through the Art Exhibition Program, the National Arts Program, Art in Public Places Program and the Arts District. DOWNTOWN CONNECT PROJECTS CONTINUE

Thanks to a break in the rainy weather, the installation of the Bud Snow murals in Juilliard Park began this week. The artist will be painting two large-scale, colorful, animal-themed murals on paved entry areas into the park. This is the third installation for the Downtown Connect public art project.

Two out of the four projects selected to kick-off the newly adopted Public Art Master Plan are already complete. Kelly Witmer’s hand-made ceramic tiles were installed on downtown planters. Take a stroll down Fourth Street to find all nine pieces. Jenny Harp & Breanne Trammell's "Double Double Rainbow Rainbow" are a collection of temporary installations on downtown utility boxes and bridge railings.

More art will be popping up around Downtown Santa Rosa this Spring. Click HERE for more info.
