Welcome to the City of Santa Rosa's
Arts Program! 

Arts and Culture programming for the City of Santa Rosa includes many exciting possibilities for artists and community members alike. Artists are encouraged to take advantage of numerous exhibition opportunities through the Art Exhibition Program, the National Arts Program, Art in Public Places Program and the Arts District. The community is invited to participate in art receptions, musical and theatrical performances, festivals and other events. Here are some of the programs we offer:

After nearly 3 years of development including securing an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Santa Rosa City Council unanimously adopted The Santa Rosa Public Art Master Plan on February 24, 2015. Special Sculpture Exhibition

Through May, 2015

Join us as we help Paradise Ridge Winery salute its 20th anniversary with 20 works of art that celebrate sculpture. The exhibition, presented by the Voigt Family Sculpture Foundation, includes an exciting group of emerging artists along with a core group of established artists. It’s a new presentation of diverse works that opens June 22 and runs through May 2015. Click HERE to learn more.

STREET PERFORMER PERMIT

In 2010, the Santa Rosa City Council approved a new ordinance permitting Street Performers in Santa Rosa!

The ordinance is now in effect. Permit applications are available online and at the Finley Community Center. Permits are free, and you must apply in person at the Finley Community Center with a photo ID.
