Monday – Thursday 7am-9pm
Friday 7am-10pm
Saturday 8am-10pm
Sunday 9am-9pm
HOURLY RATES
Max 150 people. Private security, approved bartender or police may be required depending on event.
(4 hour minimum for all rentals)
Monday – Thursday $125.00 per hour
Friday $165.00 per hour
Saturday $225.00 per hour
Sunday $175.00 per hour
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES (approximate)
Event attendant - $16 per hour
Security Deposit - $500 (refundable)
Cleaning Fee - $236
Insurance - $126.02 (1M) and $146.67 (1M & Full Liquor)
Processing - $25
Parking Contract - $200
Audio/visual attendant - $21/hr
