Rick Mosier 
Rick has worked for the City of Santa Rosa for 26 years, the last seven as Public Works Director.  Rick has held several titles with the City, including Assistant Engineer, Associate Engineer, Supervising Engineer and Deputy Director of Engineering.

Rick Moshier graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.  Upon graduation Rick moved to Sonoma County to work for Pacific Gas and Electric Company building power plants at the Geysers geothermal field and later worked for a private engineering company in Petaluma. 

Some projects Rick is especially proud of are the freeway ramp and interchange improvements at Highway 12 and Stony Point Road, Highway 12 and Farmers Lane, and Highway 101 and Yolanda Avenue, Fountaingrove Parkway, Delta Storage Pond, Prince Greenway and many bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements.

Rick teaches "Non-Technical Skills for Technical Careers" for the Santa Rosa Junior College  For fun he enjoys anything having to do with music, including collecting sheet music books, playing the piano, synthesizer, vibraphone  and computer, or going to many of the great live shows in Sonoma County.
