Technical Services Division

The Technical Services Division is overseen by a civilian manager, Rhonda McKinnon.  This division serves the citizens of Santa Rosa 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Division personnel are always available to dispatch Police units, take reports, answer questions, make referrals and assist citizens with a myriad of requests.

Rhonda McKinnon, a civilian command level manager, oversees the operation of this division which provides a variety of vital services for the community, the department and other requesting agencies.
