Discovery is the process by which both the prosecution and the defense receive evidence for a case. The Discovery Technician processes both formal and informal Discovery Requests. Requesting parties include the District Attorney, Public Defender, Private Attorneys and Citizens representing themselves Pro Per.

If you are requesting Discovery for a criminal case print/fill out the Discovery Order Form and submit it to the Records Bureau along with a copy of the Discovery Authorization form (provided by the District Attorneys Office) and payment. All items must be paid in full prior to the request being fulfilled. Please allow fifteen (15) business days for processing after payment is received.

If you are requesting Discovery for a traffic infraction, please print/fill out the Informal Discovery Form and submit it to the Records Bureau. Please allow fifteen (15) business days for processing.

If you are requesting Discovery in a civil case, please contact the Discovery Technician directly as a Subpoena Duces Tecum may be required.
