How do I sign up for Infinity.Link?
It’s easy! Simply go to our web site at https://myutilities.srcity.org and complete the registration page to set up your personal account. Your registration will be processed immediately, and a verification code for your initial login will be emailed to you. You may begin making online payments with your first login. Back to the Top
What information do I need?
You will need to enter your 7 digit customer # and your 6 digit account #. Please enter all numbers, including leading zeros. These numbers are located on the top right of your utility statement. Back to the Top
What can I use as my Username?
Your Username can be anything you want. We do not require any specific combination of letters, numbers or special characters. You will use this Username every time you login to Infinity.Link. Back to the Top
What is a Display Name?
The Display Name is a field required for internal purposes. We do not require any specific combination of letters, numbers or special characters. You may use your Username if you choose. Back to the Top
What can I use as my Password?
Your password must be at least 7 characters long, but it can be anything you want. Back to the Top

Where is my Verification Code?
A Verification Code is necessary for your initial login to Infinity.Link. When you register your account, a Verification Code will be sent to the email address you entered on the registration form. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder. Your Internet Service Provider or Email Provider may have flagged this email as Junk/Spam. I can’t log in/my password doesn’t work.
Your password is case sensitive. Please be sure to type the password using upper and lower case characters as needed. Back to the Top
How do I change my password?
You can change your password any time by clicking on Change Profile and then Manage Password. Back to the Top
What if I forget my password?
You may request a password reminder by selecting “Forgot your password” on the login page. Enter your username, then click on Send Password. Your password reminder will be sent to your email address saved in InfinityLink. Back to the Top
Can I make a one time payment without registering?
Santa Rosa Utility Customers can pay online without registering for an Infinity.Link account by using the "Make a One Time Payment" link at https://myutilities.srcity.org. All you need are your 7 digit customer number and 6 digit account number. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Back to the Top
What are ebills?
If you opt to receive ebills, you will get an email notification each month when your new bill is available. You can view it online and make a payment if you choose. Please be aware that if you choose to receive ebills, no further paper bills will be mailed to you. Back to the Top
To request ebills, login to Infinity.Link, select Change Profile (left-hand side of main page), then select Manage Profile. There you will see the option for ebills.
