The Roseland Redevelopment Project Area is administered by the County of Sonoma. The Roseland Redevelopment Plan was adopted by the County Board of Supervisors in 1984 and includes the commercial and residential areas along Sebastopol Road from Highways 12 and 101 to Stony Point Road.
