The City of Santa Rosa administers a Rehabilitation Loan Program which offers loans to eligible homeowners and investor owners:

• Low income limitation
• Up to $35,000 per home, $15,000 per rental unit, $15,000 per mobilehome
• Favorable interest rates with a loan term of 15-20 years
• Depending on income and housing expenses, payments may be deferred until home is sold.
