Mobilehome Parks in Santa Rosa

There are 14 privately owned mobilehome parks in the City with 2,008 spaces that are rented by mobilehome owners.  In addition, there are two mobilehome subdivisions where the mobilehome owners own their individual lots.  See the links on the left for a map of the mobilehome parks in the city, and a list of parks subject to the City Rent Control Program.

Mobilehome Rent Control Program

In 1993 the City enacted mobilehome rent control that affects spaces that are under a rental agreement with a term of 12 months or less.
