Public Services Program

The City of Santa Rosa uses a portion of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and local funds to provide financial assistance to nonprofit organizations that provide homeless services, known as the Public Services Program.  The services range from a drop-in center providing showers, laundry facilities, and a mailing address, to a day center providing a place for women and children, to outreach programs that help individuals overcome homelessness.
