Regulatory Monitoring

In order to ensure the long-term availability of affordable housing in Santa Rosa, developers who receive loan funds administered through the Housing Authority are required to execute a Regulatory Agreement which requires the units to be affordable for thirty (30) to fifty-five (55) years, depending on the source of loan funds.  Economic Development and Housing staff monitor compliance with affordability requirements on an annual basis.  For more information please call 707-543-3300.
