Home Buyer Programs

The Department of Economic Development and Housing, as part of the City’s Inclusionary Housing policy (Housing Allocation Plan) works with developers to increase homeownership opportunities for low-income homebuyers.  The Orchard at Oakmont subdivision is a new development within the City of Santa Rosa which offers below market rate homes available to low-income homebuyers.

The Department of Economic Development and Housing administers the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) Loan Program, a federally funded program available to first-time, low-income homebuyers.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting applications at this time for the American Dream Downpayment Initiative Loan Program.  If you would like to be on the waiting list, please call: (707) 543-3300.

For more information about Home Buyer Resources please see our Homeownership Programs flyer or call (707) 543-3300.
