The Board of Building Regulation Appeals meets biannually on the second Thursday of January and July, and on an as-needed basis, in Community Development's Conference Room 7 at 100 Santa Rosa Avenue. The Board is appointed by the City Council and is charged with the task of determining the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction, and to provide reasonable interpretations of the provisions of the City of Santa Rosa Building and Safety Code. Board members are: Bill Dodson (Chairman), Greg Hurd, Mark Obergfell, Dan O'Rourke, John Sutter, Jay Takacs and Kevin Zucco.
