Neighborhood Groups

Neighborhood Associations, Organizations,
and Homeowners Associations

  • Bennett Valley:This neighborhood association encompasses Bennett Valley with special focus on energy efficiency, the Southeast Greenway Campaign, beautification, and safety. President: Susan Briski

  • Bennett Valley Vision: This all-volunteer group is dedicated to making Bennett Valley an even nicer place to live with two annual clean-ups and adopted beautification projects.

  • Burbank Gardens:  This association encourages neighborhood participation by working to maintain the historic value, beauty, safety, and diversity of the neighborhood.  President: Bob Ruiz

  • Concerned Citizens for Santa Rosa:  This non-profit organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all its citizens.

  • Fountaingrove II:  This association responsibly manages its wildlife urban interface as a scenic treasure, balancing preservation of a self-sustainable environment of native vegetation and habitat with the concerns of fire safety.

  • Fountaingrove Ranch Master Association

  • Friends of Juilliard Community Garden

  • Junior College Neighborhood Association:  This association is organized by residents who want to reach out to their neighbors and build community.  President: Jenny Bard

  • Lomita Heights Neighborhood Association:  This association exists to provide information and assistance to all Lomita Heights residents on matters of general interest, especially with regards to safety.  COPE Leader: Ken Howe

  • Neighborhood Alliance:  This is a group of neighborhood associations, organizers, and individuals interested in improving Santa Rosa.

  • Oakmont Village:  This is a homeowners association dedicated to residents living in Oakmont.

  • Ridgeway Historic Neighborhood Association:  This neighborhood community is focused on safety, historic significance, resident relationships, and greeting new neighbors.  Chair: Bianca Stebbins

  • Santa Rosa Preservation Advocacy Support Taskforce:  This group was formed to foster greater understanding and respect for historic preservation and to help Santa Rosans appreciate and understand the diverse cultural and architectural development of our City over time.

  • Santa Rosa Southeast Greenway:  This community-based project was created to develop a greenway on the stretch of open space that links Spring Lake to Hwy 12 at Farmers Ln based on principles of sustainability.

  • Skyhawk Neighborhood:  This is a private page for Skyhawk residents only.  Contact: Charlotte Leiss

  • St. Rose Historic District:  This downtown neighborhood is filled with historic homes dating from 1872-1940s.

  • West End Neighborhood:  This downtown neighborhood association is dedicated to providing neighborhood input to City officials regarding development, crime prevention, street conditions, lighting, preservation, and revitalization.  President: Lea Barron-Thomas
