Storm Water Program Annual Report

This Annual Report summarizes the City of Santa Rosa’s Storm Water and Creeks Team’s accomplishments during the last permit year (July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011). It outlines programs, partnerships and advancements as well as presents numeric results for water quality monitoring and storm drain maintenance. The Annual Report is a required component of the City’s Storm Water NPDES MS4 Permit that is issued by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. In addition to reporting accomplishments over the last permit year, this document establishes Permit compliance goals for the coming year.
