Visitor Frequently Asked Questions

Parking
The main parking lot entrance is located on West College Avenue.  Please note that a small portion of this parking lot is under construction.  The handicap parking area and sidewalks are being reconstructed so that they are more ADA accessible.  We will have volunteers in the parking lot to help direct people to the building entrance, temporary handicap parking, and additional parking.

Additional parking is located at the entrance to Finley Park, located on Stony Point Rd.  You can then walk on a sidewalk through the park to the Finley Community Center.  There will also be parking at the Muncipal Services Center, located across the street on Stony Point Road.  Please be careful when crossing the road and use designated crosswalks.

Entry Fee: Tickets, Children, NO pets allowed
Tickets are $2/person.  Children 12 and under are free.  (Please note it can be difficult for children to visit the entire Crafts Fair.  Seventy booths is a lot for a little kid!  Please plan accordingly). Vendors and vendor assistants MUST present a Vendor pass each time they reenter the building.  ONLY service animals are allowed into the Crafts Fair.

Please keep your ticket so you can re-enter the fair for free, should you wish to come back and shop anytime December 1-2, 2012!

Cash, Check, Credit Cards
Some of the vendors accept credit cards, but not all of them do.  Please be prepared with cash and/or check.  We do NOT have an ATM at the Finley Community Center.  The nearest ATM is located across the street at the quick mart.

Prize Giveaway Table
As you enter the Finley Community Center, the prize giveaway tables will be set up in the Main Lobby. The vendors have contributed items and the proceeds benefit the Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks Scholarship Fund.  Last year we raised over $1000 to help provide swim lessons, send kids to camp, provide art and computer lessons for seniors, and more!  Suggested donation: $1/ticket OR $5/6 tickets.

This is a great opportunity to get an overview of the crafts fair!  On the back of your ticket, we have provided a vendor list, and as you peruse the tables you can mark your ticket for vendors that you definitely want to visit.

Restrooms and Drinking Fountains
Both the Cedar Lobby and the Sequoia Lobby have restrooms and drinking fountains. There are additional water fountains in the west wing hallway.

Booth Map
There are large vendor maps located in the Main Lobby, the Cedar Lobby, and the Sequoia Lobby. Also - the back of each ticket lists all of the vendors, their room and booth number.
